We serve all members from the Central and Western district and operate as a community hub for all residents regardless of their age, gender and nationality. We strive to foster mutual help, self-reliance, civic responsibility and social cohesion through activities while enhancing service users’ personal capabilities, family functioning and quality of life for sustainable community development.
Services include: Building community networks, community education, volunteer training, organizing residents to resolve community concerns, supporting deprived individuals and groups, social and vocational skills training, library and self-study room services.
