Service Objectives:
We provide service users with group counselling, skills and vocational training as well as educational and recreational programs. The emphasis is on self-directed planning so as to enhance service users’capability for problem-solving and to encourage them to actively take part in community affairs. This is to prepare them for future changes and contributing to society.

We also provide services for children and young people with special learning and developmental needs, so as to create an environment beneficial for growth, development and public participation.
