Caritas Charrette Centre
We use Creative Arts as intervention to address young people’s mental health needs. We believe through arts and creativity, coupled with cross-disciplinary collaboration, our diversified services can facilitate growth and prevent mental illness among youth while promoting mental wellness in community.
LevelMind@JC - Caritas (Kwai Tsing)
We aim to weave together a youth-friendly environment and supportive network, liaising with professionals from the medical, social welfare and education sector to support young people with mental health needs, especially students with difficulties in adapting to school life or whose parents are persons-in-recovery. Facilitating positive growth in family, school and workplace as well as among peers, we also empower young people to look into mental health issues including the relationship between solitude and mental wellness.
LevelMind@JC - Caritas (Tsuen Wan)
This four-year project, sponsored by The Hong Kong Jockey Club Charities Trust, works with The University of Hong Kong to provide young people with activities for holistic relaxation, enhancing self-awareness and exploration of inner resources to navigate the ebbs and flows of life.
