Service Objectives:
We provide service users with group counselling, skills and vocational training as well as educational and recreational programs. The emphasis is on self-directed planning so as to enhance service users’capability for problem-solving and to encourage them to actively take part in community affairs. This is to prepare them for future changes and contributing to society.

We provide children, young people and their family members with diversified and integrated service, so as to facilitate their development of life skills, full realization of potential and enhancement of problem-solving skills. Social skill is another area of concern, and we strive to promote family harmony and proper interpersonal relations while enhancing service users’ civic consciousness, social responsibility, and engagement with community. We also provide services for children and young people with special learning and developmental needs, so as to create an environment beneficial for growth, development and public participation.
