Program Overview
Caritas Labour-Friendly Communities Project is centered on health, safety, and dignity, providing support to cleaning workers to maintain and protect their physical well-being while reducing work-related strain. The project assists cleaning workers in enhancing their self-awareness of health management, encourages their participation in improving workplace conditions, and leverages community resources to address their long-term needs. This ensures that workers can operate in a safe and respectful community, fostering a labour-friendly environment.

We aim to effectively utilize community resources and adopt a bottom-up, cross-disciplinary approach to raise awareness about the living and working conditions of cleaning workers. Together, we strive to build a “Labour-Friendly Community.”
