Outstanding Junior Volunteer Award Scheme

Background

Since 2002, Caritas Youth and Community Service Hong Kong has launched the Outstanding Junior Volunteer Award Scheme. The scheme aims to teach primary school students to “love your neighbour” and care for people in need around them. Through practical action, students can share God’s message of love and take on social responsibility.

Features of the Scheme

The scheme encourages primary school students to actively participate in various extracurricular volunteer activities. It aims to help them become children who are willing to learn, good at communicating, ready to take responsibility and brave enough to innovate.
