Service Overview
Caritas Children Development Fund (10th Batch) – “Heartfelt Journey, Creating the Future” Programme
Implemented by Caritas Youth and Community Services, this three-year initiative provides comprehensive and sustained support for children and young people from low-income families through cross-sector collaboration.
The programme combines personalised training with mentorship matching, walking alongside participants as they explore their direction and plan for the future. Committed to breaking through resource constraints, it ensures that young people have equal opportunities for development and the chance to pursue their personal dreams. Through a matched savings arrangement, participants build both financial and non-financial assets, cultivating long-term planning skills.
Through diverse learning and experiential activities, participants broaden their horizons, discover their aspirations, and enhance their capabilities, laying a solid foundation for their future development.
