Service Overview
Caritas Tuen Mun District Youth Outreach Social Work Team reaches out to young people through outreach services, providing individual counselling, group work and community work. We walk alongside young people in their growth, help them develop their potential, and connect them with community resources to create a more supportive environment for their development.

Services
- Individual counselling
Through individual interviews or home visits,we accompany young people through the ups and downs of life with an attitude of acceptance and appreciation. - Group work
Recreational, educational and skills development activities are integrated into group settings to help young people develop their potential. Group activities also provide an opportunity for guidance and support. - Community Work
Through outreach, we connect with different stakeholders in the district and organise community engagement and educational activities. These efforts advocate for young people, help build a supportive environment for their growth, and create wider opportunities for development.
