Caritas Jockey Club Integrated Service for Young People – Lei Muk Shue
Service Goals
Provide comprehensive services by using various working methods, collaborate with community stakeholders in developing potentials, life skills, and problem solving skills of children and youth, facilitate their personal and social development; fostering civic awareness, social responsibility, and community connections.
We serve the children, parents, and families with love and care by providing theme-based and developmental groups, diverse workshops, outdoor experiential activities, and parent-child events.

Focusing on youth growth processes, we support healthy development through companionship, guidance, exploration, and encouragement. We also help parents to support their children’s physical and mental development.

We deploy school social workers at Caritas St. Joseph Secondary School and Shek Lei Catholic Secondary School. We also maintain close connections with various primary and secondary schools in the district, providing appropriate social work services and training activities to foster positive connections between youth and society.

Responding to community needs through liaising with different NGOs and community groups to foster a caring neighborhood for mutual support as well as contributing to poverty alleviation and welfare of ethnic minorities.
